2009 Habitat Contract Form
Dear Dakota Chapter Pheasants Forever Cooperator:
We are currently in the process of securing habitat contracts from cooperators in the DAKOTA PHEASANTS FOREVER (DPF) area. Interest in our habitat program has grown significantly in recent years. As a result, if you would like to secure a habitat contract, it is important that you review the habitat information sheet, complete and sign the 2009-10 HABITAT CONTRACT and return the contract to your Habitat Committee contact by April 3, 2009.
Contracts received after the due date will be approved only if funds are available. It is, therefore important that you return the habitat contract as soon as possible if you are interested in participating in our habitat program.
We will, once again, be supplying free roundup ready corn ($150 per bag) and sorghum seed on a first come first serve basis. We would also like to note that the IRS requires 1099s to be sent to any cooperator who has a contract over $600.00.
